Introduction Welcome to WAPIXO.COM, a platform by WAPIXO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("WAPIXO", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WAPIXO’s Meta Official Bulk WhatsApp App and related services. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies provided. 2. Eligibility To use the services, you must: Be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent an organization. Provide accurate business details including a valid GST number (if applicable), ID proof, and contact details. Agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the IT Act, 2000, and Meta’s Business Policies. 3. Scope of Services WAPIXO provides: Access to the Meta Official WhatsApp Business API via authorized BSPs. Messaging, automation, broadcast, chatbot, CRM, and campaign tools. Business number onboarding, template approval, and verified green tick support (subject to Meta’s approval). Users must: Use the service only for legitimate, opt-in communication. Not use the platform for spam, fraud, or unsolicited marketing. Maintain ethical, transparent engagement with their audience.
